I saw something similar about two or three years ago. It was perpetrated by the Jackass crew (note one of the end scenes: tooth-removal with a Lamborghini Diablo).
I couldn't find the Jackass clip on YouTube (or I didn't want to devote the time to finding it), but they sent in some guy wearing loose sweatpants with a banana in his trousers. A hidden camera recorded the results. American weightlifters tended to get pretty pissed with the whole thing.
