In worse digs than Boston City Hall.
City Hall looks like a grotesque, cement garage. (There is one next to it, and you can't tell them apart). It should be razed, like the elevated highway was, and started from scratch.
I would take City Hall Sq happily nowadays. I don't want even to talk about the N End.
