He takes on the pinko MSM (acting, as usual, as agitprop propagandists), but also has this to say regarding a raging FCP post-mortem:
“I think Delaware was a missed opportunity to have a really good United States Senator in Mike Castle,” he said, referencing the race Republican Christine O’Donnell lost. “And that’s why I endorsed him in the primary.”
Yes, we know that. And what makes him good is that he also endorsed O'Donnell in the election. To have done otherwise would have been to show contempt for the Republicans who voted for her [and so disagreed with him]. That, amongst other things, is what separates a Christie from a Lott, McConnell, Rove, etc...
ReplyDeleteChristie endorsed Castle.
ReplyDeleteRott. We know that. Let's try this again. Christie endorsed Castle in the primary. That would be that intra-Republican election. But Castle lost that election. Fair and square. Christie then endorsed O'Donnell, the winner of that primary, in the general election. Unlike your Rove and House of Bushistas. He would have preferred Castle, as the most likely winner, but he supported his Party's candidate despite her being of that dreaded "Tea Party" faction. This, again, in contrast to your favorite faux Machiavellis.
ReplyDeletePardon me! I didn't know how your cognitives are doing these days in the deep freeze one-party state!
