    I had no idea this was brewing (it was kept under wraps, methinks), but now it's in the open. What will Scottie say?

    It's not in the open. The Globe is reporting it so that the local unions can squeeze the Senate and Gov. (if necessary).

    I would like to see the NYT and LAT, CBS, ABC, NBC take it.
