The connection between anger at bombing Serbia in the 1990's and going to an island full of children and calmly gunning them down, exists only in his own, pure, evil. [there is also only a very farfetched connection between his bomb at the government building and etc..., but at least with a government institution--given his premisses-- you can grasp his version of "A implies B"].
