In the past month alone, she has mocked Ronald Reagan’s credentials, dismissed George H.W. and Barbara Bush as arrogant “blue bloods” and blamed George W. Bush for wrecking the economy.

Scarborough is full of Joe; Iowans aren't particularly fond of Bleu Blood Rockefellerians, Tejas twang or no Tejas twang. Nor are they particularly fond of the underpinnings of Bush II "Compassionate Conservative" voodoo economics

By the way, the Establishmentarians have been "finding their voice" consistently with Sara Palin. Right from the early days where the McCain machinistas got all upset that she dared inject vitality into their moribund campaign up to Rove and Barbara Bush warning the land that it was high time the peasantry shut up and returned to its proper servility.
