Yet another padilla story? if you recall, his sole crime, besides purse snatching and writing bad checks, seems to have been to google "explosives" and his capture was initially hyped up as a major step against terror by "dirty bomb" (before most of the initial charges were dropped).
So is this the real McCoy ? After the admission that The plot never got past the planning stages, and given the propensity of the administration to overplay their terror hand, it may not yet be time for aa to do his natural run & hide under the kitchen sink.
