Buford wrote a good book, but his descriptions of the assholes in the book tend to make the author look as such.

Clearly Nicho is smart. You should listen to his culinary recommends more often, JJ.

Here's another (unless you've got it on the shelf already) well-received by Molto Mario and Tony Bourdain, authored by Fergus Henderson.
