Indeed, if McCain defeats Barack, 2012 could see women on both national tickets, and given McCain's age and the possibility he intends to serve a single term, women at the top of both – Sarah vs. Hillary. Yabba dabba doo.

Allright -- if you don't like Mitt, there must be another dozen or five Republican officeholders or congresscritters who have more experience and gravitas than your poster girl and could have been picked. But I'll try to be fair, and give her a chance to prove herself at the convention speech, and more importantly, at the debate with Biden. But don't count on me to be a rah-rah-rah cheerleader. Show me, as they say in Missouri.
