I say, let Mr Rot get back to Texas, start paying real money in taxes, and designate those taxes to the exclusive TLC of people who break the law. Until and unless that happens, I'm not very sympathetic to his policy prescriptions, which, of course, mainly involve redistributing the wealth of others (oh, duhhh).
