Of course there was a single terrorist captured by the Indians (not the Americans), and he won't go to Gitmo (duhhh...) But, if some similar attack had been perpetrated on American soil (and there was one, back in September around 2001), and a terrorist had been captured, you can be sure as hell that the pinkos would have raised a hue and a cry that said terrorist should be afforded all the niceties of the Geneva Conventions, although he was a combatant not wearing uniform (as all pinkos, including yourself, have said, ad nauseam, for the past 7 years).
