True conservatives for the welfare state and racial grievance peddling

Mitt-Herman can probably lock up the oppressed minority millionaire/unqualified rich guy coalition.

Good thing that the pragmatist in you sees this as an opportunity for people of all persuasions to work together.

Can I give them all hammers?

Elevating the debate, pinko style.

Charly said...

You want stupid ? ok. Elevating the debate, RWN style, from the same source.

Arelcao Akleos said...

RWN style not nearly as stupid as Pinko style.
Pinko style has zero truth to it. RWN style has hyperbole based on a big slab of truth.
Charly keeps rowing down his River, dreaming his dream.

The pinkos milling about in NYC seem to have average IQ below ambient temperature. And it's getting to be cooler around here now.

But this is a dog-bites-dog story.

Pepe fits in that crowd like a glove.

Pepe, I am not so sure about Coulter's grasp of the French Revolution, and don't much care about it (grasp or Rev.), but you seem to think that mobs can do something positive.

Mob uprisings have all been negative and so that's where she is on target.

A couple of trepanned and/or doped out clowns call for the end of civilization and the agitation machine at Fox screams the revolution is coming, thereby causing RWNs across the US to run in the streets with flailing arms (and others to mentally collapse, foaming at the mouth and making obscure references to moving bodies of water).

Might my white picket fence be graffitied ? Call the Marines ! The SWAT team !

There is an Orson Welles quality to this sorry sight that it is hard not to thoroughly enjoy. To this extent, this mob is doing something positive.

The CGT & the other (true) left wing unions that have been plaguing the country are very organized destruction machines that have nothing to do with the three losers passed out in a cloud of dope on Wall Street, hombre.

Mr roT said...

No, it's that we're used to living in a civilized country before these bastards took power.

You Europeans have chosen despots and clowns for a long time so this is not new to you. For the US it's different and a lot more important and dangerous.

You can be calm when Vladimir Luxuria is elected tyrant of France. Who would give a fuck? The US has a different role in the world, for now.

Here's more from Charly's Open Society.

Hey, journalism just serves the Koch brothers, right, Mr Tie Dye?

Charly said...

It's important and dangerous... Vladimir taking over... You been hanging around your No Hyperbole Too Extreme buddies again.
Perspective, baby, perspective. This isn't more serious than what Banksy would do.

Now if you want to talk about whether these guys have cause to be pissed at institutions whose greed is probably responsible for the excess time they now have on their hands, I'm all for it. One administration after the other has been whitewashing (and subsidizing) the excesses of the financial sector and if you listen to Fox, the potheads are the real problem.

Mr roT said...

The financial sector. Uh - huh.

It was Merril Lynch that forced all those poor people to take those loans they couldn't pay back... They need guidance from the government, eh, Mr Freedom?

Charly said...

it was Merril Lynch & others that re-packaged loans they knew were worthless as solid assets before reselling them on the market.

Mr roT said...

People that invested in them should have been skinned alive.

Caveat emptor, not taxpayer.

Charly said...

people that invested in them were told they were sound by the rating agencies...

Pepe's new motto:

Caveat Moody's.

Have I got a used car for you, man. Moody's says your money is safe.
