Socialism is killing medical instrumentation
Charly, in standard pinko mode, keeps blabbering about "healthcare" (by which he evidently means health insurance, though he doesn't know it). In the meantime, the socialistic policies aimed at nationalizing the health insurance industry (and, ultimately, the health care industry itself), are driving into the ground the industries that produce the tools for delivering health care. And destroying jobs in the process. Shocka!

What could be more egalitarian than that?
