I don't see anything unusual in the story, except perhaps the mention of The Donald as possible VP. That must be a joke, no?

I think she sounds like a compleat reatard. Doesn't she claim some expertise in a legal area of issues?
I think she means to compliment Santorum on his legal acumen (he's a lawyer by training). Now, the phrasing is a bit orotund and somewhat awkward, but not retarded.
