OK, I re-read the piece -- Jeez, the things you gotta do on this board -- and here are the detailed explanations: But McFarren said she moved around in the bathroom during that time, bathed and changed into the clothes he brought her. He brought food and water to her. They had conversations and had an otherwise normal relationship -- except it all happened in the bathroom.

Better a big nose than a glued-to-the-toilet butt. On the other hand, one must also perform a cost-benefit analysis of the whole thing, to make sure. Maybe AA wants to do a scientific study?
