another one

A better fit would Nawlins. Right there in Pepe's backyard. He could then devote all his loving tender care of his pussy eye for the Qaeda guy.

Isn't there a Chuck Berry song about Boumedine?

your logic is amazing.

Pepe, no one is saying Maybelline's innocent.

I mean no one else I've read besides the Le Monde article you cite. Are we sure?

wiki:
Release order
On 20 November 2008 US District Court Judge Richard Leon ruled that the USA had no credible evidence to justify the detention of Boumediene and four of the five other men.[10][11][12][13] According to the Washington Post Leon took the extraordinary step of encouraging the Department of Justice to not appeal his ruling, because seven years was enough. Because the Government claimed the evidence should be considered classified Leon considered the evidence in camera. But it was revealed that evidence the five men had planned to travel to Afghanistan was based on a single un-named source.

Given the extraordinarily high Murderin' for IM recidivism rate of those Pepe has pledged were "Innocent, I tell ya, innocent like lambs in the Elysian fields", it's gonna be interesting to see how many months go by before this critter comes to the fore again.
Of course Le Pew will plead first the Nancy Pelosi "I Remember Nothing!" . And then when it is made clear that in fact he once did remember before he did not rembember, then he will plead the Mikey Moore "The guy is a fucking Minuteman Hero of PP".
Onward March Da Gerbilmongers.

AA - it's only been a month or so. How does a decade-long hiatus sound ?

I don't buy this stuff. A district court judge is not a military tribunal. Therefore the gov't was not able to present secret evidence.

Pepe le Pew said...

how convenient.

Pepe, guilt is not determined in a court. I think we know the philosophical difference between guilt and conviction. In fact, it's not even philosophy.

Pepe le Pew said...

oh, i get it now. guilt is determined by single un-named sources in the military.

Pepe le Pew said...

so in other words: ending up in jail because some un-named source rats someone out is an occurrence which clearly establishes guilt. On the other hand, having a bona fide court of law finding that person innocent to the point of recommending release, is an event which shouldn't be misconstrued as an actual indication of innocence.

It's not like we live in a banana republic or anything, but hearsay beats due process here any day of the week.
