Savage Prospects

As things trundle along in this direction, it won't be long before the ideas that America (as well as classical liberalism) was founded upon, and which contemporary conservatives still hold dear-limited government, free enterprise and individual liberty-are reclassified as "hate speech."

Are the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution still acceptable, or has supporting them been declared verboten by Planet Pepe?

have you guys ever listened to savage on the am radio? besides making coulter sound like a level-headed moderate, his bread and butter consists in spewing the same affected outraged and foaming-at-the-mouth tone so dear to aa. Who can truly blame the brits from sparing themselves such a mix of tedium and offense ?

this isn't fundamentally different from denying an entry visa to tariq ramadan: both events are equally unfortunate, but, this being FCP, there's only bitching about - surprise - the unfair treatment of the RWN.

So Michael Savage has declared his support for Holy War against England? Funded the IRA? Advocated the decapitation of Wayne Rooney?

No fundamental difference between advocating and working for the destruction of democracies and attacking those who would do so, eh?

Back to Vichy, Le Pew, swill down your Beaujolais, and peruse your signed copy "The Theory and Practice of Quislingism". It is honorable reward for you carrying your local spade for fascism on this ground.

I made it a point to hear this Michael Savage after I'd heard he'd made the Verboten list in Ingsoclandia. A little het, but far smarter and spot on than Le Pew. And admirably free in thought and speech.
No wonder the PCmongers of the Left want to silence him.

Pepe le Pew said...

He is really nothing more than a blabbering angry buffoon, but it's no wonder you would see that as being "free of thought".

It's silly to silence him: he, ann, rush, o'reilly and hannity are delightful monuments to the idiocy of reactionary rhetoric.

Uh, Pepe, if you are going to quote me, try to do so accurately. I said Savage was admirably "free in thought", NOT "free of thought". Talk about projection.

He was undoubtedly angry the two days I listened to him, as well he should be over this pathetic Pepean fascist censorship the Ingsocs are now instituting. But not a buffoon at all. Unlike you he could actually sustain an argument and invoke impressive evidence. It seems he is a Berkeley PhD like you are? He must have been self taught.

The gauntlet has been thrown:

I recently asked a friend to identify a single leftist idea that could be considered politically incorrect.Takers?

Pepe le Pew said...

that's an easy one: 9/11 was the direct consequence of american foreign policy.

Pepe le Pew said...

i can think of half a dozen more. where's the challenge here?

Mr roT said...

That's totally PC, Pepe. Ever been to a college campus?

Arelcao Akleos said...

Troofers are definitely PC. It all ends up with Buschimphenyhitler Neokkon Kabal. Mainstream Huffpoisms.

Pepe le Pew said...

it ain't PC here baby. Ask your buddies who get vapors every time a firecracker flips a hummer.

Pepe le Pew said...

what better evidence of the political incorrectedness of the statement than your reaction ? This notion sure doesn't seem politically correct in your neck of the woods.

Pepe le Pew said...

...unless, by politically correct, Rot means, "that doesn't offend left-wing sensitivity". in which case, the challenge would obviously be a circular impossibility.

Rot - please define clearly politically correct as it applies to your gauntlet.

Now, Le Pew, in that pairing of sentences you have compressed more stupidity than any of your many previous [and valiant] attempts at maximizing the mass of idiocy per volume of verbiage. Congratulations, your personal best and a candidate for a new world record.

Pepe, AA is hardly the arbiter of PC in America. If he were, he'd have a big Bentley-chauffered post-doc in Princeton.

Rot: I recently asked a friend to identify a single leftist idea that could be considered politically incorrect. Of course there is none. By definition, PC = pinko dogma.

Pepe: that's an easy one: 9/11 was the direct consequence of american foreign policy. Nonsense. This is part and parcel of pinko dogma. Can't you understand logical implications?
