What happens now. Gov. Manchin is a Democrat and so might he put off declaring the vacancy till 4 July?

A monument to the worst in american society and politics. Lived a long life whose poisonous fruit we're now sickened by.
I must be getting old if I'm failing to find any sympathy for the death of a man, but there it is.
What this means politically, this year? Now doubt Obamakles will find some fresh use for this "opportunity".
