Another piece: True, there is something downright Carteresque in the way Pres Obama and his men and women seem to reflexively side with the dictators first and only after a week of screaming by observers telling them to look at the wall and read the writing, permit themselves a few words to acknowledge the possibility of real change, a word they used to favor.
