Never heard of Hoeven. He any good?
MFT mentioned him as someone he had met in North Dakota. Apparently one of those rara avis politicos that you have no idea is a politico when you meet him. MFT should tell us more about him when he has payed his tribute to Genghis Khan
Hmmm, Hoeven seems like a regular guy to one that makes homages to Genghis' grave.
