The idea is of course that the new tactics on the ground in Baghdad are making it tough to be famous and a bad guy. There's a lot of buzz on the net about this.
It makes sense to target directly the leadership of the bad guys...and makes one wonder why the hell this wasn't done long time ago, or why so much advance warning has been given out......

Boy, the Sadr is looking haggard in a pic a couple days ago, and now Abu Ayyub al-Masri barely dodged the bullet -- perhaps even a flesh wound. Looks like another total failure in Iraq (yes, said with sarcasm)...
