For not proceding with legitimate shock-and-awe and then a brutal followup, who is more to blame: an inept Secretary of War (let's call it what it is), or the Secretary of War's boss?
McCain wasn't just some schmoe on the street either. He could have argued cogently that more needed to be done. Now he's in effect having it both ways and piling on to boot. Next he's gonna jump on Giuliani for not bombing abortion slaughterhouses.

Just a question, but was McCain on the toilet when they took this?
Success has a thousand fathers while failure is an orphan...
Good ole Romanian proverb, JJ.
"Dogs bark at what they don't understand.--Heraclitus." Was he Romanian too?
MFT asked: "Just a question, but was McCain on the toilet when they took this?"
