“Any lie under oath is serious,” Mr. Fitzgerald said. “The truth is what drives the justice system.” so Clinton's impeachment should have passed. Q E D
he lied to a grand jury and to F.B.I. agents investigating the leak of the identity of Plame. It seems the jury didn't buy his memory lapses. this was arguably an investigation covering a crime of a somewhat more substantial nature than determining whether or not billy-boy was keeping his weiner in his pants. whatever the case, he hasn't been sentenced & we'll only be able to argue whether or not the sentence fits the crime in 3 months, unless he is pardoned before that.
gimme a fucking break. the only crime there could possibly have been was outing an undercover agent. but val plame wasn't undercover by the definition in the law. all this is nonsense, ergo.

this is true to some extent, but it should be mitigated by the seriosusnesss of the offence. In other words, which of you wouldn't run around on Hill?
Agreed. But then exactly what did Libby do?
