Hero-making in itself is not a bad thing. But hero-making without grounds is. In the case of Ms. Lynch, overzealous politicians distorted facts.
The democrats in power at the time, no doubt.

Just in case you're interested, the other US Senator from WV is JAy Rockefeller. Yes, he's a Democrat, too.
