Excellent find! Fascinating reading, too! Maldonado (badly donated?) was born in Massachusetts. Interesting. I figured Tex-Mexes were too into cerdo en adobo to ever go in for Islam. Here, a can of refrieds....

Yeah, I thought if funny that it was Boston that did the trick for him. Boston baked beans don't generate the loyalty the spicy tex-mex varieties do.
