Law and Order Returns to the Frontier of Old Dacotah
Standing Rock is approximately forty miles south of Bismarck. I've visited several times, a couple times with a Lakota friend of mine to accompany him while he gave talks to young Sioux about alcoholism, suicide and, arguably the most important, to not be ashamed of who they are (self-defeat comes from self-loathing, and if one hates themself, they tend to hate the world). This is a good story. I hope it continues long beyond September.

self-defeat comes from self-loathing, and if one hates themself, they tend to hate the world. True enough, though I would say, "one hates oneself" -- I'd rather use correct grammar than be PC and hate myself for that.
I suppose you got Strunk and White on your side. My mistake.
No problemo -- I didn't mean to sound rude, but it's the teacher in me, who can't resist marking in red perceived errors. You do the same thing, or you let it slide?
I often do the same thing. Delivery is key, of course, otherwise it alienates rather than educates.
Now try running around with a red pen down in Sturgis some time. Holy shit good luck.
