Here you have the cia conducting highly questionable human rights violations, denying it and finally getting busted and ther you are whining like a bunch of little old ladies. there is just no end to american self-righteousness.
Yada, yada, yada. The Pinko-Euro self-righteousness in all its faded glory. They can't fight the terrorists, so all they can do is yap at the heels of Uncle Sam. As the old Romanian proverb has it, the dogs bark, but the caravan rolls on.
AI, I recollect reading (subtitles) that proverb in Ingmar Bergman's, "The Seventh Seal." I'll have to pop it in the dvd tomorrow and give it another go through to make sure. Interesting if that's the case.
MFT, that is excellent recall. Now that you mentioned it I do vaguely remember that line, or at least one that had the same sort of vagabonding imagery

While they're busy barking at the US, aren't their biatch asses dangerously exposed to that Merry Russian Soldiery?
Hah! That's a good one to keep in mind. But don't give them too many ideas, maybe they'd enjoy it?
But would they enjoy it Anonymously?

The Yelps coming from Anonymous can only mean Merry Russian Soldiery has made a MRS out of him.
Now I am goin' huntin' for that elusive unquestionabe human rights violation
what is an MRS?
By any (non-american) standard, torture is a HR violation.

Anonymous means by the standards of France? Does he care to try the due process of Versailles over that of YankRubeland?

Here is a reference for the proverb.
That proverb is as romanian as the jet engine.
AA, I haven't had time to see it yet, but I think it's something that the Knight's cynical squire would have said.
Anyhow, we can thank Bergman for immortalizing AI's proverb on the celluloid and silver screen.
