Amazing gymnast/actress babe writes PDE/CD papers

.. with a Harvard guy. Is this an FCP gut, or what: To illustrate our techniques, we computed parameterizations for several types of anatomical surfaces in 3-D magnetic resonance imaging scans of the brain, including the cerebral cortex, hippocampi, and lateral ventricles. For surfaces that are topologically homeomorphic to each other and have similar geometrical structures, we show that the parameterization results are consistent and the subdivided surfaces can be matched to each other. Finally, we present an automatic sulcal landmark location algorithm by solving PDEs on cortical surfaces.

Soviet tank zapped by the Coanda railgun

In 1968, the Warsaw Pact invaded Czeckoslovakia and wanted to do the same with Romania. But incredibly they didn't do it, even if Soviets alone massed at least 25 divisions at the borders, not to mention a few Hungarian, Polish and Bulgarian ones. Some kind of “laser” or “plasma” gun was used against them. When Soviets sent their first tank over the border, it was either “melted” or “vaporized”, so they stopped the invasion in its tracks. 1968 is the year when Coanda returned in his native country Romania, bringing with him lots of his personal papers.

MIT builds the Coanda sub

MIT has overcome the mathematical impossibility through both its innovative design as well as something called the Coanda effect. So what is this miraculous Coanda effect the company has employed? It is a phenomenon where a jet flow attaches itself to a nearby surface and remains attached even when the surface curves away from the direction of the initial jet flow. Run a stream of water over the underside of a spoon and watch as the water follows the curve instead of dropping straight down – that’s the Coanda effect. [..] Preliminary market research, carried out by MIT, suggests worldwide sales of the vehicle may go beyond 1 million units. MIT is seeking investors to fund the building of a prototype UV before establishing manufacturing facilities. Once in production, MIT expects to produce 10,000 vehicles a year.

Giles Ain't No Goat Boy

"Well, call me a heretic and burn me at the stake because the only other cheek I believe that needs to be turned when a girl is getting mugged/raped is on the criminal’s face as the victim is snapping his neck or after he’s received a 38 Special +P 110 Grain Barnes TAC-XP Hollow Point."

Why Pepe gets that Columbiane Pepehen Nookie

"It's as if on some secluded island all the peahens “decided” they despised their cock's flashy tails, and in order to reproduce, those peacocks had to pull out all their own feathers"

Cameron Channels Steyn: "Down with Islamic Rotters!"

So David finally grew a pair. Did Herr Rott's jibes about the Malvinas finally get to him? Or was it that the pathetic example of Boris Johnston embarassed him? Or did the realization that Barack Hussein Obama was now a mortal enemy turn him off from the path of Chamberlainism....
...or is it as simple as Merkel telling him she'd gladly lend him hers if he couldn't find his own?
