Surely, however, that would be the same case for wrapping the definitive account of the strategy that brought Robert E. Lee to Appomattox around Gen. McClellan. If Pepe were to write a history of the Civil War, that's exactly waht he would do. And, leave Tecumseh down to a footnote.

AI, if Pepe were to be the Thucydides of the Iraq War, his opus would be framed by Michael Moore and Code Pink. He knows better than Woodward what real actors are.
