Update on "intellectual" property rights

Accordingly, prior to using Barracuda at any events, we paid for and obtained all necessary licences. Hey, looks like both Pepe and you got a piece of this pie -- though he won the theoretical argument about the existence of intellectual [no scared quotes needed] property rights.

Still don't know what the law is. Maybe they paid without needing to. Recall that there was no attempt to sue and Browne was suing over image.

Who is Browne? Jackson Browne? Haven't paid attention to this controversy too much...
