A. K. A. Loose Canon
Where's the bacalhao reference?
In one of his novels, Saramago imagines the Iberian peninsula detaching itself at the Pyrenees and floating out into the Atlantic. Imagine, AA, what it would be like to be stuck with the Spaniards out in the middle of a vast, empty expanse, and you will know my marriage.
That Island is one we all have gone to. The trick is to get on a freakin' boat and get the hell outta there. Who knows, you might end up in Palau.
Just gaze at the infinite sky. And imagine floating among the stars.
...and grab a goddam bottle of bourbon..
