The Royal laundry list sounds like 1870s bilge, slightly warmed up to please the Pepes (my favorite: Abolish labour laws that currently make it easier for small companies to hire and fire). Will the French fall for these lefty bromides? My answer is yes, they will -- after all, the French are Socialists par excellence, may as well give it to them. JJ thinks otherwise, i.e., that the French will wise up, an vote for Sarkozy. Sure, that would be nice, but I think it's not gonna happen. So, guys, let's have some odds on this one.
