Brooks is oddly on the ball, but goes through the usual niceties of complementing Obama's putative grand intelligence (or else he'll be called a racist, I guess) and then asking whether there are any balls behind that 'brain'.
My feeling is that there is neither brain nor balls, but I am tenacious about these things and don't do nuance too well.
And, by the way, it's complimenting, not complementing. The former means to make a compliment, the latter means taking the complement. Nuance, Mr Rot, nuance.

Incisive analysis, Mr Rot. But you should dwelve into nuance. Helps with the chicks.
