This piece is very good. The last line, on Obama and Islam...well, it was hard it was coming from the same TNR I've read the last few years [up to a couple of months ago]. Peretz is a stinking Neocon, though. Ya gotta expect dem scum muck da party purity. He's probably just a crankish outlier, like Lieberman da Class Traitor
