Paddy Power throws in the towel
.. on Coakley. But, "Paddy Power has also cut the odds on the Republicans winning the 2012 presidential election from 11-10 to evens and have installed Senator Scott Brown at odds of 20-1 to win the Republican presidential nomination in 2012." Hmmm...

Clever chap about putting Brown up as a possible nominee.
I think crazy, but you want Mitt (but not Mitt). Well, there he is (and isn't).
Right. I already thought about that. Unlike Mitt, Brown is a fresh face, and doesn't carry the same baggage (awful TV debate with Teddy K in the 1990s, RomneyCare, etc). On the other hand, what does Brown know about economics, besides the basics? To be consistent, I'll say the same thing as I said for Palin: he needs to mature, and earn his stripes. We'll see.
In the meantime, did you notice that Mitt went AWOL during this campaign? Hmmm.. He must be of two minds about this -- or am I getting too Macchiavellian?
Wondering about that, now that you mention it.
Brown wanted it to be just him against the whole machine.
How's that for a theory. Giuliani is the only outsider he brought in, for the Italians.
For the Italians and for the DA-AG cred.
Hey, you forgot Curt Schilling, from dem Yakees! Pay up.
Good point. Steinbrenner brings in da love in Boston!
