By the Brno Hlavní nádraží, there's a place that was displaying 1.5m X 1m X 50cm of lard-covered smoked pork, mostly Kaiserfleisch. I am pretty sure they weren't stocking for the month.

Tasty stuff, Tecs. You should get yourself invited. Stuff goes good with beer too.
