I take the ruling to say, "Oh, c'mon! Are you kiddin' me?" Of course, it's all couched in diplomatic mumbo-jumbo.

Right. But the judge is also putting in the official record that Obama is going back on an agreement they had made about some four factors nonsense that I don't understand.

Also, I don't know what the judge really can do to the admin other than write snide judgments into some official record.

There could be something specific in Article n, Section m. But it never applies.
