Reading is essential, Herr Rotter. RCP gives an average (you know, $\bar{x}=\frac{\sum_{i=1}^n x_i}{n}$) of a bunch of scores, not just Scotty's. Gallup also has -12, while $\bar{x}=-5.7$.

Jeepers, too much frolicking in the alpages, and you can't even tell x_i from \bar{x}...
