Coanda to the rescue

It's called the Reaper. Sounds good to me. And, though it's a turboprop, it still has that Coanda air that I am fond of.

The British also are impressed with the Reaper, and are buying three for deployment in Afghanistan later this year. The Royal Air Force version will stick to the "recon" mission, however - no weapons on board.

Pussies. Should get some Hellfire.

Interesting possibilities....

More about the Reaper. This baby does not need to wait to see the whites of their eyes. Right?

Of course, if JJ had not gone AWOL, just about now we'd be talking about the flyboys vs the leathernecks. As always, I say we need to bring in airpower more decisively than we've done -- except for a few days back in March 2003.

I agree we should have brought in airpower more decisively than we've done. The caveat is we should have brought in the leathernecks [et al.] more decisively than we've done.....hell, the last time we did anything decisively in this war was get Saddam
