in this article they say watson is 79 while in the one I posted, it says he's 78. obviously mine is earlier than yours and you owe me either a case of Stone 10th anniversary IPA or a good Amarone.
Nah, my article was ghost written by a chinese gal, and clearly she uses Chinese Age [Born=1 year old]. Your article was written by Johnny Brit-come-lately, who uses Stonehenge Age [Born=0 years old]. This being Euro-rules, your appeal is rejected and a case of Sagres, two Queijos de Castelo, and a pot of Feijoada a moda do Porto is added to the original bottle of tawny, Cintra, port, 1962.
Shit! The bill is growing! Hey, on topic, I found a Brazilian place in Framingham(s) that fries bacalhao in croquettes and fries chicken with a cayenne (looking?) breading. According to an old decrepit type, theur sweets are good, too. I have never liked sweets from spanish (oop) speakers.
Yup, that's standard Portuguese fare. Piri Piri Chicken [not cayenne, a small red hot pepper from Africa...although I suppose cayenne could substitute in a pinch], and croquettes de bacalhau, had them as a kid in Porto. Damn fine stuff. As for desserts, there is literally a handful of desserts the Lusos do very well, and about 80 they suck on. Overall, desserts, particularly cakes, are a weakness in Portugal [and many opt for a fruit and goiabada sort of postprandial medley to accompany their coffee]. But, yes, there are some which are good.
