Nah, they're trying to call things quickly for Obama so as to undermine voting in States with voting still underway. Similar to their calling Florida for Gore, in 2000, even as 1 hour of polling remained in western [and heavily non-Democrat] Florida--as well as the States to the West.

He's been ululating since Kayla first impaled him. That was years ago. By this time it's just levels of ululation flux we need to keep track of.
