And regarding the star: I'm fascinated by the process of light (created through, in this case, fission and fusion), how it is received by the human retina, and then how it activates the chemicals within humanity that create cognition, bringing about the colors we see and such. I haven't any formal training in physics or biology, but it still is an interest. These images we see are then stored in our memory banks, and according to Antonio Damasio, it takes the entire landscape of our gray matter to re-conjure up those star like images. Shit to think about, even while standing a top a finger ridge butte on the high Plains...
