The 2nd Congressional district, in and around New Orleans, is mostly African-American and heavily Democratic, and Jefferson appeared to be favored to win re-election going into the election.
"Vote for the crook". Wasn't that the campaign slogan of Edwin Edwards? Aahhh, Louisiana.
Yeah, yeah, I know -- everyone who was alive at the time (and with an IQ above 72) would. But still, it looks like Louisiana has a bigger share of crooks than basically any other state -- and brags about it. And a disproportionate amount of those crooks are pinkos: of course, they count on a complicit MSM to cover up for them, as much as possible.

that's right. Not a week goes by without seeing one of our political elite being indicted for some form of corruption or another. It's the main reason for the reluctance to help Katrina victims - some of the money would have ended up in the wrong hands for sure.

I'd like to brag about witnessing a collective lynching of these motherfuckers.
there are many dimensions when it comes to choosing a suitable place to live - not just whether the political system is corrupt. and certainly more than 3 or 4, ai.

So... why live there, Pepe, if you see clearly what it is?
