You can say that Portland Oregon cops are all pinkos too, and it would seem right, but they're reopening the case now, so they aren't completely beyond reach of reason.

Dunno. Allah over at HotAir pretty much dumped the story and he's biased on our side. Why shouldn't the local pinko paper also dump the story?

I confess I hadn't read the Examiner article in detail, already having read through Allah and others. It's one of those stories you just hope is true and then hate yourself (ideally) for hoping that.

Gore is a creep not for having felt up a borderline hooker, but for being a religious fanatic. Why do we need or care about anything else?; 7/04/2010 3:47 PM

You think the local pinko rag would have thought more than 5 seconds about going public with the story? Except if they needed to sit on it till a more opportune time, like they did in October 2000.
