My 'christianophobia' is arguably tame and certainly harmless compared to that of the tea baggers who seem strangely bent on making a mockery of what they profess to believe in.
Pepe's mind is an amorphous mish-mash of prejudices, half-digested agitprop, and urban legends absorbed by osmosis from the pinko cloaca in which he marinates.
A walk in the woods, some fresh air, a strong wine, good, hearty food, and a dose of reality would perhaps help lift the cobwebs. Chances of that happening are infinitesimally close to 0, though.
I did not - I did say that understanding art from an art historical and technical standpoint adds a huge dimension to the appreciation of a piece. But this rarely comes from critics.

Huh? What do you know about "tea baggers" theological views.
I would guess you know nothing about their views and you know nothing about theology also.

Do you have some code that generates that stuff, Tecs?
Well there is some great stuff about Palin and her clone for instance, and an entertaining one here.
You do know there is an endless list of similar utterances don't you ?
You know as well that the art-critic's blather is highly a mock-worthy nullity and yet you wrote a while back that you find it useful.
Sorry to keep the same refrain, but you never answered how one pile of bullshit is any better than the other.
Seems to me that the only difference is the care each set of believers drives.

This is different.
Catechism for different retards.
...you asked me if I had got that Simon Schama's nonsense for my kids.
LOL.
Do you get your kids to read that idiotic Deepak Chopra?
schama isn't an art critic honey.
if the little fuckers keep on refusing to go to bed, I'm going to make them read chopra.
Art Critic, Art Historian.
LOL.

Yep. I press the "Pepe Logick" button, and it spews forth.
Pepe, that's kind of funny.
Who sells Jaysus?
Tecs, maybe you ought to have a doctor look into it. Or Roto-rooter.
I get that kind of instant reaction when I read that kind of garbage.
Argue a point then.
How does one argue a point with someone who cannot grasp the basic tenets of logical thinking?
Pepe and I went back and forth about public schools lately rather well.
We got positive reviews from Indian lurkers, actually.
If it had been Viking berserkers I mighta been impressed.
Rot & Pepe are like two peas in a pod.
