Six Years of Lying having done it's job, Pravda-on-Hudson suddenly "discovers" reality. Pepe ululates on cue "four legs good, two legs better" like the fellow traveling Aristo he pretends not to be.

OK, got it now. Aha, so they figured out (on Election Day) that, after all, most of the Binnie boyz at Gitmo are real bad dudes, after reviewing thousands of pages. Gee whiz, it takes Sherlock Holmes to make such a brilliant deduction. But Pepe can't do even that.
