Who's asked her for anything ?

Perhaps the day he needs advice on how to best gut a caribou.

Wrong link it is. I hear that AIDS infects the brain.

Ok, OK -- but again, I ask: Is she ever saying anything? Reminds me of those people than just drone on about clothes, their feelings, whatnot, without actually uttering anything that has some content. Verbal diarrhea I call that.

I call that women generally. So? Some are smart.

Maybe she's smart -- but she gotta prove it, while she's still in the news. Once it gets to be an old story, she'll have had her 15 minutes of fame, unless she manages to get herself in shape, and do something, besides jabber.

AI, of course the proof will be in her performance as governor, in which position-- through the first 2 years-- she seems to have done very well. As for her "jabber", she responds to the questions she is asked. There have been some truly inane questions asked. I frankly haven't seen how Obama has done any better--excepting he has the patina of "Hope" and "Change" down pat by now. Call me when Baracky is clear on the number of states in the union, and then I'll start looking again for argument and reason in his drivel. Yet he's Harvard.
Palin, of course, will be asked to prove herself continuously.. As she should be asked. However, it is excruciatingly apt that in this Kingdom of Fools she is to be so tested while our The One assumes the mantle of Rule without ever, in his fokkin life, being asked to prove himself just one blood time.
In the meantime, I'm gonna go out and inflate them tires, just like in the Gospel According to Chris Mathews, and so save us all from an oil crisis.

I hope she does well. She's a good kid, like Paglia says. You can always tell the bright ones in a classroom by their eyes.
