Notice that, by the third paragraph, we learn the guy's party affiliation. That's rather amazing, given that he's not a Republican. More standard is this story, in which the crook's party affiliation is never mentioned. Day at the office in Pepe's MSM.

Here is an MSM gem. Of course, we don't find in the lead, or the first 3 paragraphs, the gov's party affiliation. But, in the fourth paragraph, we find a snide remark, hinting at Rovian tactics:

The Republican National Committee quickly sought to tie Obama to Blagojevich, sending an email to reporters including a July 2006 Chicago Daily Herald story containing a quote from Obama saying "If the governor asks me to work on his behalf, I'll be happy to do it."

Finally, on the very last line, we're told this tidbit: Blagojevich, a Democrat, has been governor of Illinois since January 2003. Sounds like that running gag from Taranto. Quick, JJ, let him on on the gig.

when democrats adopt republican ethics.

That, coming from "elect the crook" guy? C'mon, Pepe, even someone with an IQ below 75 would know that Cook County (a Democratic, single party jurisdiction) is, and has been for decades, one of the most corrupt places in the US.

But I guess part of the attraction of being a pinko is that one can talk like a total ignoramus, and feel smug about it.

Hey, I'm the only one posting on this story! After a quick start, JJ has faded. Pepe, as usual, just bullshits with non-sequiturs. AA is kind of distracted, and MFT is probably frozen in the tundra. Ah well, let me keep on going, this is too juicy a story to let go. Seethe, Pepe, seethe!

More: Discovering Mr Obama's transition team would not trade emoluments for getting their preferred candidate to fill the president-elect's vacant seat, the document claims Mr Blagojevich described Mr Obama as a "motherf***er", adding, "F*** him. For nothing? F*** him." It takes a pinko to know another pinko.

After Mr Obama's election victory, it quickly became clear to Mr Blagojevich that the Obama team had a slightly different approach to politics, according to the documents. "They're not willing to give me anything [in exchange for Ms Jarrett's appointment to the seat] except appreciation. F*** them."

An unnamed adviser then tells the Illinois governor the "president-elect can do almost anything he sets his mind to," the complaint says, to which Mr Blagojevich allegedly responded: "But if they feel like they can do this and not f***ing give me anything . . . then I'll f***ing go [to Senate Candidate 5]."
Bring on Pepe. Or Caroline Kennedy. Or whoever.

We're a pinko banana republic now. So Pepe ululates.

You're the only one unable to vote outside of party lines ai. We just got rid of corrupt Jefferson (dem) and put in a republican (Cao). A fantastic achievement. I don't see you ever going there and choosing a dem over De Lay.

Pepe: I don't live in Texas. I'm in a one-party state, where we have Senators-for-Life, and Congresscritters-for-Life, and they're all Democrats. So what you say is totally moot.

you are conveniently missing my point

Tecumseh said...

You have a point? I did not notice it.

Pepe le Pew said...

perhaps it's time for your iq check.

Why, Le Pew, you figurin' AI's IQ is descending down far enough for you to look up and catch a glimpse of?
