Well, strictly speaking Pat is wrong about Jesus having come up with that "Lake of Fire" riff. That phrase appears in Revelations ["The Apocalypse"], which was written well after Jesus shuffled off this mortal coil, and which does not claim that is a quote of Jesus' [the author, whoever he was, does not claim to having been a witness to the life of Jesus]. I can sympathize with Pat's wanting to have that riff, it's rhetorically nifty, but in the end it just ain't true. He could have referenced a few other things, like the scuffle with the moneychangers, but to keep to Jesus' gamesmanship the Apocalyptica sturmunddrang is unfortunately an afterthought.
