That's right--in the UK the shortage of doctors (brought by decades of Pepean socialized medicine) is so big, that they must rely on doctors flown in from continental Europe; not just Scandinavia, but also Poland. So what will happen when AmeriSoc follows in the steps of IngSoc? Where will we get doctors to fly in to operate on Pepe when he gets old? Canada? No way -- they have a shortage there, too. Pepe will wait for Cuban doctors to fly in and out, no doubt.
